Yoyo blogging at lucas house now again. Haha too bored at home le danny will be coming over later too. lolx then we gonna row earlier tmr morning, haha hopefully dun kill ourselves that badly tmr gonna train my k1 most probably 1000s gonna work on my endurance.

Well today's training, once again annilated my back although it was juz 3 sprints wif plenty of rest time haha oh and the getting "scolded" by Mr Daniel Sun for jumping into the water today haha. I could see it in all their faces all trying to hold back their smiles and laughter whereas i was standing at the back laughing away. Haha feel so bad now.

Well down to today's training, last training for dragonboat with all the juniors. All the trainings, sweat, hardwork and well lots of scolding from me and the seniors. Stil remember the scolding i gave in the pool deck during pool rowing, the volume that i shout at reminds me of the days i was a CSM back in the boys' brigade when i was scolding my juniors and leading them. Still remember jueluo coming to me after training telling me that derrick ho said that it was very loud and well sth else which i cant remember now. Today's final training with the guys, could see that all of them have come along way, juniors growing alot like a team now with one mind and one heart. It really makes me proud to see all my juniors come so far, being dismiss so late every training all the hard work and not giving up. The amount of sacrifices they had put in, just to be part of team. Like my grand seniors and seniors alike had told me and i wish to say it here. Being part of the AC team is an experience that can nv be felt anywhere else but here.

For seniors well our last time rowing with the team is on sat, let us finish the race that we had all began today for the team, us and the juniors. Let us pull with all the stuff that we had learn from each other and our seniors and ted keeping in mind our goal for everyone. Its the greatest team i hv in my life dudes, through all the crazy trainings in Nov/Dec bringing us to where we are today as one team, though there were some rough times we went through but still had many sweet memories together with all of you. The girls, haha forever amusing to me, keeping the idea of girls are complex creatures alive to me. Haha well guys the formation of ice-cream club lolx and y'know "You are a quiter, cos quiters QUIT!!" haha the dumb sayings that i come up with. Feelings that i have for team well cant be placed in words cos its really too overwhelming for me to express them.

Let us row hard in a dragonboat one last time everyone!! United as a team for a common goal, before we cant row together anymore as a AC team, well of cos there's alumni (Kampong Glam) ;) *wink wink* *hint hint*.
