today, was speed training, to sum it up it was super duper uber tiring. Felt like dying even before the 2 sprints. Our 1st sprint felt very good and fast, but we capped.....oh wells. Today tried a new type of paddle kajner 4, hmm in my opinion it feels quite different from the brasca 4, and rather difficult for me to use. Oh wells guess its just cos i'm kinda noob and lousy. HEHE

Well on the bus today we senior guys somehow started to crap alot. And even found out lucas 2 criteria for girls. Haha well gonna just touch on the first, and here's the gist of it. GIRLS HE WANTS TO BE APPROACHED!!! Yeap so to all the shy ladies out there, dun tink u'll stand a chance unless lucas sudd change his mind :P. Oh right i juz remembered i'm not suppose to be writing about this LoLx.

Well as for me, i doubt theres anything about me to write about. Except that i'm kinda realising that for some reason that as i try to move away and distant myself, i find myself going closer and nearer. Ah the complexity of life...
