HEY HEY!!!! whoa my first post ever not just this blog but....err....EVER!! hehe juz seen the blog's skin kinda wierd...guess i'm the angel and lucas's is the devil den :P haha. But folks in case u come across this blog we're not GAYS, kinda sensitive over that haha.

Anyway here goes...

So many thoughts in my mind now dboat....life....

Well for Dboat, thoughts of today's talk by ted really set my mind thinking, is it a failure on our part as seniors for not being able to motivate our juniors? not bringing them up to the standards that we actually demand of them. Then again i thought do we seniors actually know the standards...do I actually know the standards??? The debrief by ted today was kinda well emotional for me cos i know i did not do my part as the front man of the boat to the best of my abilities. Then i thought to myself how do i weigh things out in the boat? doing whats optimum or doing something that accomodates the rest of the team....i feel for the latter but somehow the former seems to show more results.

Many times i hear the seniors and even at times myself comparing to the scenario last year during training or races, then i tink does this comparison really help? does it really bring the spirit of the team up? somehow i tink not. Why izzit that in my memory i had nv heard the seniors compare to their own seniors time? Izzit cos they nv had to? or was it they believe they wanted to start a legacy of their own a period which belong to the 2005 yr. So should we really be comparing to what happen last yr because we fail enforce our standards to our juniors? then again i question myself...do i know the standards??

Now down to my life...
If u guys hv seen the msg beside my nick..some of u might wonder what it means.. but well for those who know me well enough u guys might guess it immediately. But it has somehow become a great impact in my life.......
